The principal consultant, Scott McDonell, has worked for a major corporate service provider, delivering system integration projects for organisations such as; Optus, Vodafone, Westpac, Qantas, Commonwealth Government, Chevron, INPEX, Western Power and WA State Government. Throughout his career, he has provided pre-project readiness assessments, and reviews of in-flight projects, reporting to senior executives, providing observations and recommendations in order to de-risk the delivery of the projects.
While working on a major Western Australian gas infrastructure project, over two years he led the project oversight of 20 separate projects with a total value in excess of $20M, reporting both internally and to the customer.
It is this experience that he will bring to your organisation, to de-risk your projects.

Meet with key stakeholders to verify the findings from the Discovery phase and to explore any deviations from those findings.
Project Team Interviews
Meet key members of the project team and collect project specific artefacts such as progress tracking tools and project reports. Explore any variance from stakeholder expectations.
Present draft findings
Review draft findings with key stakeholders and project team. Collect any additional information that is provided and modify draft report if necessary.
Present final report to key stakeholders and project team.
